Icarus

This is one of my oldest OCs, Icarus! He's a rather small dragon (species name soon), about the size of a Tibetan Mastiff or a Retriever and he excels in the magic of were-creatures. He creates custom clothing and prosthetics that change or 'shift' with a were-creature so they will always have a working arm or leg. Also, because of his skill in were-magic, he can give himself an anthro form for a while, say a few days at the most.
